Duties & Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of the Step Change Project, ensuring it meets its objectives and timelines.
* Control Assessment: Ensuring we deliver an effective control environment which mitigates our financial risks.
* Stakeholder Management: Interact with key collaborators to collect requirements, share updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project's success.
* Continuous Improvement: Implement standard methodologies and lessons learned to improve project management processes and outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
* Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in delivering Finance change activity, preferably within the insurance industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Insurance Knowledge: Experience in life or general insurance under IFRS and Solvency II is desirable.
* Risk & Controls: Validated experience in risk and controls would be beneficial.
* Problem-Solving: The ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
