An opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager within a retail and catering company based in Dublin North. This role involves developing and executing localised marketing strategies, including on-site displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns.
About the Role
This Retail Marketing Manager will be tasked with shaping and developing the brand's portfolio activation strategy from concept to site openings. They will lead the activation planning process and brand application in physical environments, working closely with the mobilisation, operations, and culinary teams to align new business activations with customer voice and business objectives.
* Develop and execute marketing programmes, campaigns, and materials to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
* Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business, stakeholders, and third parties.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing function, scheduling, planning, and delivering marketing work as required.
* Manage, mentor, and oversee the workload of the marketing team.
* D deliver a planned and well-organised schedule of marketing theme events/days.
About You
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in retail marketing, a proven track record of achieving measurable enhancements, onsite performance, and experience in leading teams. They should have demonstrated expertise in brand, catering, retail, or customer marketing positions, with a proven track record in launching new businesses in physical settings.
