DescriptionAs a member of our Product Management Team, you will drive product innovation & delivery of our SaaS offerings in Corporate and Commercial Search and Due Diligence, as you guide your development teams to delight internal & external customers.
We are an Agile development organization.
The Product Owner is responsible for planning & guiding delivery for up to 2 Sprint Teams.
You will take primary direction from your Product Manager and will also work closely with your Engineering partners and orgs across the company to align roadmaps, prioritize product requirements, and keep your teams focused on delivering what matters most.
You will also collaborate with customers to ensure the product remains relevant and meets their satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, prioritize, and elaborate Use-Cases & User Stories, from all functional stakeholders, to deliver 'Whole Products' which address these multi-dimensional needs.Develop, maintain & communicate the Sprint Backlogs in alignment with these needs and our Strategic & Financial goals.Facilitate other Agile ceremonies for up to two sprint teams: Sprint & release planning, daily Standups, Showcases and Retrospectives.Secure the partnership, alignment, and endorsement of all key stakeholders across PM, Dev, Ops, Marketing, Sales, and other key functional groups.Drive continuous improvement in our Agile delivery of customer value. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise2+ years direct experience in Product or Development role for a SaaS product, with direct experience in an Agile software development space, in a continuous discovery/delivery environment.Demonstrated ability to work & lead effectively across widely distributed teams and time zones.Exceptional interpersonal & communications skills, with a track record of fostering relationships, aligning teams across multiple departments, and leading with authority.High tolerance of ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Schedule, organize and effectively facilitate any stakeholder engagements for product feedback, and provide documentation resulting from sessions.Solid knowledge of SDLC and UX/UI Design processes.
