We are currently looking for candidates interested in a career in the Risk function of the bank. Our Risk Graduate Programme will have 2 dynamic streams that the Graduates will rotate within a few times. This will allow graduates to gain a breadth of experience across AIB’s Risk Department.
The following are examples of areas that previous graduates have completed their rotations in:
Business Stream: Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Technology & Transformation, Compliance & IRB
Courses aligned to these areas: Business Studies, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Management and related degree courses with a strong business and finance content.
Technical Stream: Risk Analytics, Financial Risk, Enterprise Risk and Second Line Assurance
Courses aligned to these areas: Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Science, Computer Science, Physics, Quantitative Finance, Engineering and related degree courses with a strong mathematical content.

Entry Requirements:
* Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
