Our engineering client, a fast-growing group expanding its presence across Europe, has an urgent requirement for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their vibrant team, for a permanent role, based in Meath. In this adaptable role, you will be instrumental in attracting the right talent to keep the organization well-staffed. By working collaboratively across different teams and functions, you will create effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the Group's growth objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Develop policies and strategies for talent acquisition
2. Analyse hiring needs to anticipate future recruitment
3. Source candidates through various channels
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements
5. Manage screening processes, including resume reviews and interviews
6. Research talent acquisition trends for process improvement
7. Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
8. Ensure HR compliance with recruitment legislation
9. Generate HR reports for the HR Director and management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
2. CIPD qualification or working towards it is a plus
3. Professional demeanour with integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with multitasking skills
7. Excellent attention to detail
