Key Responsibilities: Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.Support Account Directors on client accounts.Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.Follow agreed processes for all tasks.Manage aged debt and premium collection.Comply with all audit requirements.Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.Requirements: Minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Positive attitude with adaptability to change.Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.Technical and product knowledge.Good personal organization and time management skills.Person Specification: Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).Friendly and assertive phone manner.Ability to build relationships with insurers and clients.
