Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client insurance needs, including renewals, alterations, and claims handling.
* Support Account Directors on client accounts.
* Achieve upsell and cross-sell targets.
* Follow agreed processes for all tasks.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with all audit requirements.
* Work closely with the Enterprise Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Minimum APA qualification; working towards CIP qualification.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
* Technical and product knowledge.
* Good personal organization and time management skills.
