We are recruiting for a Front of House Clerical Officer to support various internal departments at one of Cork's leading healthcare facilities.
This role requires someone who is professional, personable and committed to delivering an exceptional service user experience.
Cork City Suburbs
Duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension.
Salary: €14.86 per hour.
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexibility required outside standard 9 am-5 pm hours.
Duties:
* Front of house reception duties
* Meeting and greeting patients
* Scheduling appointments
* Managing a busy switchboard
* Taking messages on behalf of staff and internal departments
* Assisting with daily queries from service users
* Ad-hoc administration tasks
Requirements:
* Previous front of house/reception/switchboard experience is essential
* Previous experience multitasking in an office setting is crucial
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to hit the ground running in a new role
* To be highly professional, well-presented and customer-centric
