Job Description
Our team is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of our production processes. This role involves ensuring that customer requirements are met, reviewing and approving labor management, and understanding all products and quality specifications of active products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and communicate plans to reduce scrap
* Ensure duties are defined, communicated, and met by direct reports
* Review and approve all performance evaluations
* Review and investigate all accident reports
* Verify compliance with all PM Management activities through our Maximos system
* Track, monitor, and verify accuracy of RM, WIP, and FG inventories
