Administrative Coordinator - Regulatory Body (Dublin 2)
Join this dynamic team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of applications within this department. Collaborate with various teams, both internally and externally, and contribute to the smooth workflow from allocation to issue.
* €34,304- €53,988 per annum (incremental scale) First point if new to public sector.
* Onsite for a minimum two days per week at offices.
* Monday-Friday, 35 hour week with eligibility for flexitime arrangements after six months.
* 2 Year contract initially
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide crucial support to case administrators and managers, ensuring effective administration.
* Work closely with other teams to offer efficient administrative support.
* Utilise technology and internal systems for the timely processing of applications.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and European regulatory bodies.
* Contribute to the Quality Management System and assist in developing and implementing licensing policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to engage with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high work volumes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database administration.
* Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment.
