CPL Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Specialist for a permanent role with an Engineering company based in Dublin West.
The candidate must have 1+ years experience in HR Admin, preferably with experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing company.
This role be working fully onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities Required: *Prepare contracts, onboard new hires, assist with job postings and interviews.
*Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave, ensure data protection compliance.
*Address employee queries, manage HR Mailbox, support engagement and exit processes.
*Coordinate training sessions and assist with materials.
*Ensure accurate data, assist with payroll and benefits, manage absences, support wellbeing initiatives.
Experience Required: *Relevant degree with 2+ years of experience.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced HR operational environment.
*High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
*Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to work proactively within a team environment.
