We are recruiting aa dynamic and commercially focused eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
1. Creating, driving and implementing an effective online sales strategy for flemingsofmonaghan.com
2. Achieving agreed sales targets andKPI`s to achieve maximum growth of online sales and website traffic
3. Category management of our online inventory
4. Content creation, updating, editing and day to day maintenance of our Shopify ecommerce website including but not limited to collection creation, upkeep, product uploads, stock coordination and management
5. Coordinating front and back-end website improvements to positively impact customer experience, functionality, conversion and sales
6. Application of effective SEO practices across collection and product pages
7. Liaisingwith management and in store team to coordinate inventory availability, product movement and promotional readiness
8. Liaisingwith management and our external agency to create, design & implement social media and google ad campaigns
9. Assisting with the management of multiple social media accounts and building the number of followers across all platforms through designing andcreating engaging content
10. Creationof digital and social media assets / graphics via Canva or other graphic design software
11. Email campaigns andcustomer database management
Requirements
Essential
12. Demonstrable, relevant work experience in eCommerce / digital marketing / sales- ideally in the retail sector
13. Experience using social media platforms andcreating engaging content
14. Excellent written and communication skills
15. Excellent IT Skills, knowledge of social media,ecommerce and online trends
16. Ability to multi-task with excellent time-management, planning and administrationskills
17. Self-motivated and commercially focused with the ability to work well both alone and collaboratively as part of a team with various stakeholders across the business
18. Third level qualificationor equivalent experience
Desirable
19. Experience in using Mailchimp and the Shopify ecommerce platform would be a distinct advantage, although full training can be provided for the right candidate
20. Experience and/or good working knowledge of SEO practices as well as digital marketing tools such as Facebook and Google Ads would also be a distinct advantage.
