Office Administrator – Cork – Residential Developer
AA Euro Group have been retained by a Leading Residential Developer to recruit a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team and support the smooth running of their day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities
* General office administration and clerical duties (filing, data entry, scanning, document management)
* Answering phones and handling general enquiries
* Managing email correspondence and scheduling meetings
* Liaising with contractors, suppliers, legal professionals, and local authorities
* Supporting project teams with documentation, reports, and coordination
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance and health & safety documentation
* Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
* Assisting with payroll and accounts administration (experience with Sage or similar software a plus)
* Supporting senior management with ad-hoc tasks and project support
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
* Familiarity with the construction or property industry (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) is an advantage
