Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact with customers either by telephone, email or face to face seeking to convert customer queries into, when appropriate, service bookings.
2. Generate appropriate documentation in relation to the service booking
3. Meet and greet all customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Dealing with the receiving of, and the handback of a vehicle to the customer
5. To agree cost and deadlines with the customer whilst also clarifying issues relating to the service/repair
6. Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval and authorisation regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
7. Work as part of a team efficiently and professionally
8. Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, warranty, parts, sales.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of stock including processing parts, deliveries, orders and returns.
* Dealing with aftersales customers both on the phone and in person.
* Dealing with customer queries.
* Co-ordinate daily parts deliveries.
* Promote accessories sales.
* General warehouse duties.
* To carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and provide the sale of accessories and parts.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* Full driving license
* Experience in a similar role
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised and focused
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Possess excellent problem-solving ability.
