About The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive and exceed sales targets while motivating and coaching the team.
2. Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
4. Assist in managing staff, including training and development.
5. Step in as the Store Manager when required.

1. A proven track record of achieving targets.
2. Experience in managing or supervising a team.
3. A passion for delivering sales results and outstanding customer service.
4. Confidence in handling queries from both staff and customers.
5. Ambition to grow within the company.
