**Job Title:** German Speaking Sales Development Representative
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our workflow automation platform into the German speaking market.
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to prospect outbound leads and source new customer opportunities in the DACH region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product and client messaging, as well as experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Demandbase.
The role involves building relationships with cross-functional teams, working directly with Account Executives to drive new customer pipeline and meeting targets, and identifying and qualifying new customer leads and opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Learning and mastering product and client messaging
* Developing a deep understanding of our industry and competition
* Building relationships with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Field Leadership counterparts
* Working directly with Account Executives to drive new customer pipeline and meet targets
* Identifying and qualifying new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory
* Creating targeted prospect lists and personalizing outreach to multiple stakeholders within prospect accounts
* Continuously meeting or exceeding pipeline goals through mastery of prospecting and business management
* Expanding knowledge of Sales and other revenue function's duties and responsibilities
* Working with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion
**Requirements:**
* Technical knowledge, such as computer science background, coding bootcamp experience, or relevant certifications
* Self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
* Strong communication skills both written and spoken
* Detail oriented, curious nature, and strong planning skills
* Fluency in the English and German language
