We are seeking experienced Social Care Professionals to join our team at CPL Healthcare, a leading provider of intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injury services.
About the Role
Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality person-centred care in a home-like environment where residents can remain active in their social, religious, and recreational activities, and connected to their family and friends.
CPL Healthcare is accepting CVs from qualified professionals with experience working in residential, respite or day service settings with people with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries.
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
Requirements
* National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline) at level 7.
* At least 1 year of experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with intellectual disabilities.
* CORU Registered as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.
