Looking for a new challenge? Ready for success? As a Sales Representative you will report to the Sales & Operations Director.
You will have the opportunity to evolve within Premier Tech Water & Environment, an international leader and pioneer in environmental technologies for wastewater treatment. As we continue to develop, we have new and exciting challenges ahead of us.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Achieve the sales process
o Implement the action plan resulting from the Business Unit’s sales strategies
o Meet with customers to present the products’ added-value
o Perform corporate presentations demonstrating the reputation and stability of PremierTech
o Answer customers’ requests and technical questions
o Develop and maintain business relationships with customers
o Close sales in the manner predetermined by the Business Unit (agreements, contracts, price lists, negotiation, etc.)
o Perform a rigorous follow-up with customers once sales are concluded
o Conduct seminars and technical product demonstrations to customers
2. Analyze markets and entertain industry networks
o Participate in trade shows and other commercial events
o Conduct market intelligence on competitors and target markets
o Maintain relationships and develop credibility with market stakeholders: customers, competitors, suppliers, related markets
o Develop knowledge of the market: size, key players, potential customers, trends, needs
o Identify and target the market key players, policy makers and technical “influencers”
o Identify the operational cost structure that influences the target customers’ decisions
3. Plan sales strategies customized to customers
o Evaluate the potential of a lead and adapt action plan and efforts accordingly
o Plan and prepare for meetings with customers
o Establish and implement promotion plans in collaboration with the marketing team
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience within a similar role
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient with using and updating CRM systems
* Full, Clean Irish Driving License
