Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract) Location: Cork (hybrid)
The International Talent Acquisition team supports Hiring Managers across Ireland, UK, India, Malta, China & Malaysia, whilst partnering with the wider HR function including HR Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure that the workforce delivers on our business strategy, goals and objectives.
Reporting to the TA Senior Manager, this role requires a strong co-ordinator with a recruitment background ideally from a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for executing the TA workflow within the relevant HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore, Paradox etc.
)Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including referrals, outbound efforts, leveraging professional networks, and engaging with passive candidates to maintain a robust candidate pool.Conducting screening interviews to recruit prospective employeesEvaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification and selectionWorking closely with candidates and guiding them throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experienceScheduling multiple interviews for Hiring Managers for candidate interviewsAd hoc administration duties such as raising POs, updating recruitment trackers, and assisting in monthly reportingCritical Skills 2+ years Coordinator experience in a corporate environment2 years' experience in Human Resources or Talent AcquisitionProven ability in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Experience working with recruiting/applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)Experience in sourcing and projects via LinkedInExperience scheduling across multiple time zones and geographiesExperience supporting remote recruiters and hiring teamsStrong relationship building with a focus on customer serviceAdditional Knowledge and Skills Job holder requirements to be successful in this role You will need to be extremely detail oriented, be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, have superior organisational, customer service and time management skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks, while meeting strict deadlines.Ability to manage multiple calendars across different time zonesAbility to be proactive in seeking to contribute and improve efficiency in all areasTypical Minimum Qualifications Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
