Job Title: Temp Office Assistant
The ideal candidate will be based in our offices in Tullamore, Co Offaly and will work on a part-time or full-time basis.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. The initial contract period is three months.
Rate of Pay: €19 per hour.
Duties:
* Compliance management to ensure seamless operations.
* Invoice verification, covering Ireland areas, including scanning and emailing invoice data.
* Updating rosters to reflect changes and updates.
* Matching invoices to purchase orders, investigating discrepancies, and communicating with buyers and vendors to resolve queries.
* Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
* Data entry and data management to maintain accurate records.
* Record management, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality documentation.
* General clerical work, including filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, and dealing with queries.
* Maintaining confidential records in a thorough and organized manner.
* Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' experience in administration or clerical roles.
* High proficiency in Microsoft packages and efficient data entry skills.
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
