We are recruiting for a Senior Group Pension Administrator to join a well-established general insurance and financial planning advisory firm based in Dublin. This company serves both commercial and personal clients nationwide and offers a dynamic and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer a portfolio of Group Pension and Risk Schemes.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all day-to-day scheme administration.
* Handle client and scheme member enquiries with a high standard of customer service.
* Collaborate with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure compliance across client files.
* Oversee group pension and risk renewals, accounts, and statutory disclosures.
* Ensure group risk rate reviews and risk broking reports are completed and communicated to clients.
* Manage personal and executive pension plans, Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs), and individual protection policies.
* Attend client meetings to support Consultants and provide daily assistance to the Line Manager and Director.
* Work closely with the Pensions and Compliance Manager to provide accurate investment-related information.
Skills & Qualifications:
* APA/QFA qualified with 3-5 years of experience in pension administration.
* Highly organised with the ability to work independently.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-player mindset.
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
* Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to resolving queries.
* Willingness to develop technical knowledge and undertake further study.
* Motivation to grow within the organisation.
* Experience in a regulated financial planning business is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
