Job Title: C&B Sales Manager
A contemporary four-star hotel with a state-of-the-art event space opening in 2025 seeks an experienced and proactive sales professional to join its team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling the hotel's products and services by building relationships with potential clients, both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C).
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and execute a live prospecting list of potential new business across all market segments, including Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), Corporate, and Leisure.
* Meet sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while converting cold calls into warm leads through follow-up appointments.
* Utilize business intelligence tools provided to support prospecting activities.
* Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales activity, KPI updates, and customer feedback as required.
* Engage with company sales tools and training, embracing the company ethos.
* Conduct site inspections, familiarization trips, and client entertainment as needed, which may include evening and weekend work.
* Contribute to the overall market share KPI as outlined in the annual budget and commercial plan.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through dedicated account management.
* Attend domestic and international industry events and trade shows.
* Foster collaboration with other key stakeholders and contribute to the annual commercial plan.
* Develop strategic partnerships with local organizations to increase brand and product awareness.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum two years of experience as a Corporate/MICE Sales Manager within the Dublin market.
* Demonstrate creativity in delivering sales activity.
* Possess prospecting skills, including cold calling and face-to-face interactions.
* Ability to report and communicate at all levels.
* Excellent presentation skills are desirable.
* High level of English proficiency is required.
* Basic negotiation skills are advantageous.
