We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the F&B team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch.
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the overseeing of all the food & beverage in the property and will report into the Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have hands on experience covering F&B operations and will lead the team from the front.

Excellent attention to detail and focus on customer service is required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring that the food and beverage offer is of high standard and stocks are managed.
Oversee & manage the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant and bar in a busy property.
Deliver on budgets and targets and be aware of the financial responsibilities of the restaurant and bar management.
Involved in managing beverage ordering with the restaurant manager to ensure the budget GP percentage is always achieved.
Working along with the Head Chief to ensure menu planning and design is down to achieve the maximum GP return on food.
Good wine knowledge to assist the restaurant manager to develop and adapt wine lists to guests tastes and needs.
To work and communicate effectively with all department heads and colleagues alike throughout the hotel to ensure a harmonious working environment.
To attend and support departmental meetings as requested.
Have thorough knowledge of service standards required for efficient F&B offering in the hotel.
Requirements Possess Strong Leadership qualities.
Be passionate about training, developing, leading, and mentoring the F&B to achieve consistent high standards of guest service.
Have an excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage and a strong eye for detail.
Ability to maximise sales through developing and looking at new food & beverage trends that can work in the hotel format.
Possess the ability to perform under pressure and be proficient in spoken and written English Work with the management team to always ensure strong morale among the team.
