An exciting role for a construction professional adept in Health and Safety to join a mid-tier Civils Contractor with large projects around Ireland including the landmark Children's Hospital in Dublin. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversight and Responsibility for the supporting the ongoing maintenance and development of the Health & Safety Management Systems Carry out risk assessments across sites and identify potential hazards where appropriate Tool box talks and staff meetings. Maintain, update and draft RAMS for multiple sites Coordinate, manage and deliver EHS related training, (company requirements, procedures, new legal requirements etc.). Perform inductions, staff training etc.; To report on incidents and accidents and monitor follow up actions; Carry out H&S audits and inspections and monitor objectives. Issue and track PPE requirements. Ensure health and safety documentation is up to date IDEAL CANDIDATE 3+ years experience in a similar role Relevant Health and Safety Qualification - Lvl 6 or Higher Construction Site Experience is essential Full clean drivers licence required.
