We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Commercial Account Executive for our Dublin 2 branch. You need to show that you understand your client’s needs when advising them on their insurance requirements. The role involves securing new business, renewals, and processing mid-term alterations.
Responsibilities
1. Renewals are invited in line with agreed protocols and procedures.
2. The achievement of an individual Income Budget.
3. The achievement of other upsell/cross-sell targets.
4. Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters.
5. Manage aged debt and premium collection.
6. Comply with Central Bank requirements as well as internal policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
1. CIP Qualified (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Insurance role.
3. You must conform with Fitness & Probity.
4. You should have good market, product & technical knowledge.
5. You must be meticulous, organised and have excellent communication skills.
6. Demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment.
7. Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
