The successful candidate must ensure that construction operations adhere to the contract's health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Implementing company health, safety, environmental, and quality policies in conjunction with the Safety Officer and Project Manager is key to maintaining a safe working environment.
Providing clear, accurate, and relevant information to site operatives is crucial for their duties.
Ensuring allocation sheets are completed daily is an essential task.
Carrying out quality inspections in accordance with company policy and keeping records of same is vital for maintaining high standards.
Supervising sub-contractors and monitoring their performance is critical for achieving project objectives.
Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is mandatory.
Registration with a professional body is desirable.
Civil works experience is advantageous.
Experience with pipelines is highly valued.
Excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft suite and AutoCad are required.
Good planning and organisational skills are essential for success.
Package
A competitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €70,000 per annum is negotiable based on experience.
