An experienced M&E Coordinator with over 5 years of experience is needed for a reputable building developer to join a project in Limerick. Its an excellent opportunity for an M&E Coordinator with experience in commercial, educational, office, or similar projects. Role Responsibilities: Review M&E design information at the tender stage and conduct a thorough design gap analysis to inform the bidding team of any potential shortfalls. Monitor, coordinate, and manage the flow of M&E design information to ensure its released on time for construction activities. Ensure M&E information released for construction is reviewed by all interface designers and the construction team, amended or approved, and aligned with specifications. Provide CDM (Construction Design and Management) and Health and Safety input. Facilitate client, design team, and subcontractor meetings. Identify any discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications. Requirements: Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred. At least 3 years experience in building services coordination in Ireland or the UK. Previous experience working for a contractor.
