KPMG's Technology Risk team helps leading organisations across all sectors manage existing, new and evolving risks arising through the use of technology. Our ambitious, growing Technology Risk team forms part of our broader Risk Consulting team within our Consulting function. At KPMG we focus on the business impact of technology as a result, you will play an important role in gearing our advice to the specific needs of each client. Joining our Technology Risk team as a Digital Resilience specialist puts you in a unique position to support a growing service offering supporting some of Ireland's and Europe's leading financial service and technology organisations.
You will have the opportunity to work with local and international teams across complementary competencies, leading people and motivating teams through interesting and complex projects and delivering high client satisfaction to the most successful domestic and multinational organisations.

Due to continued growth and opportunities to support our clients on their Digital Resilience journeys, we are currently seeking to hire a dedicated Technology Risk professionals with specific Digital Resilience experience at the Associate Director or Manager level who will join our Risk Consulting team in Dublin.
We are specifically interested in hearing from experienced Technology, Digital and Operational Risk individuals working in various sectors or another professional services firm who have an interest in a Consulting role in KPMG.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience with 1+ years at the Associate Director level, or equivalent.

8. Our Managers have a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience and Associate Director have 1+ years previous experience at Associate Director level, or equivalent.
9. Professional qualifications and proven experience in IT/ Information Security, Internal Audit, Technology, Digital or Operational Risk, Resilience or Compliance roles.
10. Experience across Risk Management and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.
11. Experience in leading and coaching teams as part of their overall career development as well as part of client delivery.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment.
13. Ability to multi-task and prioritise, at times, conflicting priorities.
14. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client relationship skills.
15. A broad range of knowledge and understanding of wider commercial, business, and economic issues.
16. Experience in client-facing roles and experience in engaging with senior stakeholders in organisations.
17. Experience in high-quality delivery to tight timescales.

18. Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high-quality consulting advice and service to those clients.
19. Lead and perform gap analyses to assess Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) maturity and compliance against other relevant standards (such as NIST, ISO27001, ISO27005).
20. Lead the design of control frameworks across key resilience remediation areas such as governance, ICT Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Incident Reporting and Scenario Testing.
21. Drive the implementation and remediation of controls across key resilience areas including managing a team to support the uplift of relevant frameworks, policies and procedures and provide practical advice to support the operation of new processes.
22. Design compliance processes and stand-up compliance programmes to support the ongoing monitoring of compliance.
23. Simultaneously manage multiple client engagements of varying size, scope, and complexity.
24. Develop and manage engagement and project plans to support engagement profitability.
25. Manage deliverables and expectations as well as review the quality of the fieldwork and deliverables prepared by more junior team members to ensure that deliverables meet KPMG quality standards.
26. Develop a network of contacts and maintain a relationship with them regularly, both formally and informally, for business development.

You will be joining a team of 20+ team members who focus on Technology Risk within the Risk and Regulatory Consulting practice. The Technology Risk team are passionate about providing clients with the highest quality solutions that are tailored to solve their issues and developing team members to help them achieve their career objectives. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other teams across our Risk and broader Consulting practice, including Cyber, Regulatory Consulting, Management Consulting and Programme Management.
In this role you will be part of a team responsible for assessing, designing, delivering and monitoring organisations' maturity and compliance against Digital Resilience objectives and relevant standards and regulation.
