Our client, a busy production facility based in Blessington, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join their expanding team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their offices. You’ll oversee reception, distributing & collecting paperwork, organising recruitment & some HR duties. Key Responsibilities:Office Admin: Manage the office area ensuring offices maintain at best possible standards, printing, distributing and collecting departmental paperwork daily. Manage and coordinate occasional eventsReception: Managing reception and ensuring all safety & compliance protocols are followedRecruitment: Screening candidates for roles, organising interviews and closing out interview processHR admin: Ensuring all files kept up to date, assisting with rostering and other HR tasksFinance admin: Capturing & maintaining data for the new ERP systemAd hoc: assist with ad hoc tasksRequirements:Exceptional organisational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelWork Schedule:8am - 5pm
