This is a SHORT-TERM CONTRACT for 6 MONTHS June – October / Immediate Interviews are Available.
The main responsibilities will be to assist with the preparation of ingredients and produce for the everyday service.
RESPONSIBI LITIES Daily preparation working with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie ensuring consistent running of kitchen.
General Commis Chef duties REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1-2 years Commis Chef experience essential for this role.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and ability to work within a team and on their own HACCP qualified Flexible to work 40 hours per week / mornings, lunches and evenings / 5 days a week to include weekends Competitive Hourly rate of €12.00 Per Hour If you are interested, please apply or email Alternatively, you can call Liam on to discuss further.
