We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our client's team in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, on a fixed-term contract basis.
Responsibilities
* Perform general office duties, including filing, managing post, ordering stationery and general provisions.
* Provide sales administration support, arranging motor tax and registration of cars.
* Manage databases by updating various records.
* Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and waiting area as part of showroom house management.
* Assist with accounting and banking tasks, including maintaining a daily cash book, recording deposits and sales receipts, preparing lodgements, and updating spreadsheets.
Candidate Profile
* Prior experience in sales and purchase ledger is essential.
* Some accounts experience would be beneficial.
* The ideal candidate should be IT literate, with experience in Excel and Word.
Requirements
* A competitive hourly rate will be offered.
* Fixed-term contract with a total of approximately 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:30.
* Office-based position located in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.
