Part Time (20 Hour Week) Dublin 2 €38'000 - €40'000 Pro Rata A Finance Officer position has become available within this well known charity.
This role supports the Head of Finance, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, expense payments, and procurement card transactions.
Reconcile creditor statements and manage aged debtors.
Serve as the primary contact for finance-related queries on invoices, receipts, and procurement.
Complete bank reconciliations and month-end financial reporting.
Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor budgets against actual spend.
Assist in preparing financial reports for grantors and support audit processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in a finance role.
Accounting Technician qualification or equivalent bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.
SAGE) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
