Project Site Manager
Job Title: Project Site Manager. Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term Contract). Industry: Modular Construction, Data Centres, High-Voltage Systems.
The Project Site Manager will oversee the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of a large-scale modular construction project focused on data centres and high-voltage systems.
This role will manage cross-functional teams, including Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management, Fabrication, and Electrical disciplines.
The Project Site Manager will ensure that all project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost are achieved, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the project from the design phase through fabrication and construction, culminating in the successful delivery and installation of the modular systems at the client's site.
* Design Collaboration: Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project specifications align with client expectations.
* Review Design Plans: Review design plans for compliance with safety, quality, and constructability standards.
* Safety Management: Work closely with the EHS Manager to promote and enforce safety standards across all aspects of the project.
* Quality Assurance: Partner with the QA Manager to establish and maintain quality control processes.
* Team Leadership: Directly oversee the EHS, QA, and PM teams, along with the Fabrication and Electrical Supervisors.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale modular construction projects, particularly in data centers or high-voltage environments.
* Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
