Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Act as legal advisor to the company regarding the execution and completion of transactions.
2. Negotiate, draft, and review relevant cross-border acquisition, sale and related transaction documentation.
3. Assist in identifying and resolving relevant legal risks e.g. repossessions, restructuring, defaults and any relevant litigation.
4. Assist and advise the global sales and transaction team.
5. Assist the Company Secretary with general matters as required.
6. Assist with the review, preparation, and maintenance of relevant departmental policies and procedures ensuring they comply with group rules and requirements.
7. Provide legal advice and support on relevant ad hoc projects as required.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
1. Qualified to practice law in Ireland or England.
2. Experience in the Aviation Leasing sector or from a commercial law firm dealing with aircraft leasing.
3. Minimum 2 years PQE (May consider min. 1 year PQE DOE).
4. Proven drafting, review and negotiation skills.
5. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to successfully manage time and to work to deadlines.
7. Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness.
