The Right Candidate Will:
1. Have experience in Meeting and Event sales management within the hospitality sector.
2. Be willing to learn and develop themselves.

The Role Includes:
1. Achieving budgeted goals by executing sales activities within the assigned market segment.
2. Assisting in the development of annual sales goals.
3. Preparing proposals with the Director of Sales that maximize profit while satisfying guest needs.
4. Utilizing Winning Edge sales techniques.
5. Ensuring maximum occupancy daily by performing follow-ups on the progress of groups booked with Front Office.
6. Increasing sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan.
