Our client is a leading innovator and strategic investor in the Irish wireless and mobile telecoms markets. They are seeking a commercially driven and energetic Sales Director to lead their sales and retention strategy.

With a multi-million spectrum investment, our client is poised for rapid growth and seeks a Sales Director to develop and execute their sales strategy across various channels.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our client's senior leadership team. This critical role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's overall sales and retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategies enhancing performance, culture, and success.
* Create and execute strategic plans delivering customer satisfaction, sales, savings, and profitability targets.
* Foster a culture of achievement by motivating teams to meet or exceed goals.
* Mentor and train sales leadership teams to improve performance, reduce turnover, and provide hands-on support.
* Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent.
* Analyse team performance metrics and create compelling reports influencing decision-making and action.
* Improve current sales processes as the business evolves.
* Present and communicate internally and with investors on sales performance plans, progress, and decisions.
* Work with the product team to ensure the customer proposition meets customer requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 5+ Years of proven success leading sales teams.
* Effective skills in IT, budget management, presentation, and writing.
* Strong motivator with coaching, leadership, and management skills to deliver results.
* Great business acumen and ability to collaborate across departments.
* Problem solver with initiative, drive, and enthusiasm to provide solutions.
* Excellent communicator able to galvanise people around a mission.
* Passionate about people and customers, always keeping the customer in mind.
* Naturally curious with a penchant for external best practice and insight.
* Previous experience with CRM systems and ability to shape best practice.
