Job Title: Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Information and Communication Studies
About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our School of Information and Communication Studies as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor. This is a permanent post that will involve conducting high-quality research and teaching on our Library Association of Ireland (LAI) accredited Masters in Library and Information Studies (MLIS) and other undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
* Supervise Masters and PhD students
* Diversify and enhance the academic activities carried out by other colleagues in the School
* Work collaboratively with colleagues in the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and administrative tasks
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong background in Information and Communication Studies, excellent research and teaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will also have a proven track record of producing high-quality research and a commitment to enhancing the academic activities of the School.
