Wellbeing and Benefits Manager
This is an opportunity for an experienced benefits consultant to join a large financial institution based in Dublin. The successful candidate will work on service delivery of benefits, designing, improving and implementing benefit policies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work as senior benefits consultant within a broader team that manages pensions and benefits for EMEA.
* Report to the SVP Senior Benefits Consultant for Benefits and Wellbeing and take responsibility for designing, managing and implementing benefits programs that support the HR and Benefits strategy.
* Oversight of vendors delivering programs across life, accident, disability, as well as voluntary benefits which include insurance.
* Work with team members to support the running of onsite and near-site medical services including GPs, Drs, Psychiatric services.

Requirements:
* A strong understanding of insurance principles and previous experience working with benefits contracts.
* Solid experience in health insurance contracts and health services with a focus on measuring the ROI.
* Exceptional attention to detail along with experience of governance models for effective benefits management.
* Experience of working in a large multi-national organisation within a matrix structure and multiple stakeholders while educating employees.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timely delivery of stakeholders and partners.
* Solid experience of working with flexible benefits providers, understand scheme design and configuration of flexible benefits plans and programs.
* Experienced in benchmarking benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and developing plan changes to meet benchmark requirements.
