Restaurant and Bar Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
* Supervise staff and oversee the management of cash handling, inventory, and ordering supplies.
* Coordinate events and functions, including weddings, parties, and corporate events.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant manager or supervisor role.
* 1-2 years of experience working in a country bar or restaurant environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
