We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the successful operation of our Newbridge store.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the store's performance in alignment with the company's objectives and maintaining high standards in all areas of operation.

Discounts are given only in appropriate situations and are correctly accounted for in the system Goods inwards dockets entered weekly.
Ensure company security procedures are followed regarding the control of cash drops, cash reconciliations, cash lodgements, keys, access to safes, alarm systems, access to non customer area etc.
Overhead Costs Cost conscious and takes an active part in controlling overhead costs. Management and control of all variable costs Wages Staff Uniforms and training 4. Stock management Analyses past performance on Sales to develop an accurate ordering system.
Ensures continuity of stock availability where possible Monitors the existing stockholding within the store and stockroom.
Proactive in communicating all stock issues with Support Office.
Ensures when possible products listed are available in store.
5. Merchandising Understands the importance of instore standards on sales. Will communicate, educate and develop a team which is aware of how to merchandise and maintain standards and responsible for them.
Clear attention to detail when driving standards.
Product placed in accordance with planogram. Floor display adequately stocked with the appropriate POS.
All products correctly priced.
Effective hygiene standards instore ( Counter, floor, fridges, bottles and units dust free, staff areas clean etc) 6. Wine Development Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in line with training and info received.
Encourage and facilitate other staff members in your off-licence to improve their levels of product knowledge.
Awareness of O'Brien's product. Awareness of new product listings.
Awareness of press commentary and correct use of press endorsements as per policy Attendance at wine events.
Use of product bulletin and product reference manual.
Wine training record for quarter 7. Staff Management Motivate and direct staff to maximise their performance at work in order to maintain an efficient store operation.
Maintains high levels of personal presentation and ensures all staff maintain high standards of personal Presentation at all times.
Conduct staff reviews Thinks about the appropriate way to address individuals to get the most out of them.
Share information through formal & informal communications.

8. Customer Care Handle all customer complaint in an efficient, professional manner and ensure they are passed onto appropriate person in Support Office. Is polite and courteous at all times with customers and able to deal effectively with complaints.
Mystery shopping Report Feedback Ensures team are fully aware of their commitments to customer service.
