We operate a full property maintenance service covering a multiple of services across all trades, including both reactive, planned & preventative works for a variety of clients.
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and inquiries.
2. Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians.
3. Track and monitor service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
4. Communicate with customers about service status, delays, or additional needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer communications.
6. Collaborate with the service team to optimize schedules and dispatch resources effectively.
7. Handle billing and invoicing for completed services.
8. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a service coordination or administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
8. Experience in the service industry or technical field (preferred).
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
