About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of office maintenance, including cleaning, security, ground maintenance, catering and food services.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
* Coordinate with external vendors for services such as cleaning, security, and IT support.
* Manage and optimize office space utilization, including moves and changes.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
We also require general office admin duties, providing support to the wider team as needed. You will assist with office events and employee activities, while building and maintaining positive relationships with building management, vendors, and employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience in a Facilities Coordinator or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A strong customer service orientation.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
