Job Title: Corporate Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team and execute a commercial plan that drives retention, growth, and profitability for our international services client.
The Role
This is an existing role that requires a driven and passionate individual who excels in retaining, growing, and selling to existing customers. You will work closely with a team of five people and collaborate with various departments across the business.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the corporate client base within your portfolio.
* Build and manage a short-term, medium-term, and long-term pipeline.
* Foster lead generation and appointment setting.
* Evaluate creditworthiness and complete credit proposals.
* Maintain adherence to agreed sales procedures.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM systems.
* Cultivate strong relationships with other functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Attend client and onsite meetings, managing quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Prioritize attending corporate events and social outings occasionally throughout the year.
* Nurture strong relationship skills, including understanding client needs and company offerings to provide product solutions and upsell accordingly.
* Resolve customer queries efficiently.
* Prepare internal and external reports.
The Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrate excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
* Hold 3+ years of experience in senior corporate account management.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve monthly targets.
* Exhibit a passion for lead generation and networking.
* Display excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrate an understanding of formal procurement and tendering processes.
* Exhibit strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
